Several years ago I began my ketogenic diet journey. I found the biggest misunderstanding about the ketogenic diet was that it was only suited for “young people.” My experience has shown just the opposite. As a 50-year old woman in good shape I still wasn’t satisfied with my overall health, my state of mind and my body’s fat content.
After a lifetime of low fat, high protein diet struggles I was able to keep my weight down but was experiencing toning problems and also experiencing strange physical tics such as hand tremors.

I had begun experiencing menopause symptoms such as ongoing hot flashes. Those frequent hot flashes literally vanished with my adoption of the ketogenic diet.
Through the adoption of the ketogenic diet I no longer feel like I’m starving myself. I am able to eat 2000 calories a day and still lose body fat. I want to share with you the keto method for changing your body from an inefficient sugar-burning junker to a lean, mean fat-burning machine.
