Then my journey toward discovering how to get get healthy and fit led me to discover ketones and their magic. Now, I want to share my findings about health, diet and lifestyle with you, my friends.

As a physicians assistant, I understood the physiology of ketones and the benefits of the ketogenic diet.

One of my life’s biggest challenges came in the form of an eating disorder. I struggled with disorder eating. I acquired my eating disorder in my college years. A room mate introduced me to it and it became a disease I would struggle with for the next twenty-five years.

After discovering the ketogenic diet both my mind and body began healing right away.
