I have been making this flourless torte in my own silicone baking molds. This way I can have a snack after my dinner without taking up room in my fridge with many ramekins. I use Maria Emmerich’s recipe from her easy Dairy-free Ketogenic cook book. I also use the Nutiva ¬†butter flavored coconut oil to keep it dairy free. More people are sensitive to dairy then gluten. I am one of them. I saw more weight loss when I cut out dairy.
