I have been writing meal plans for all of my friends. My friends are all close to 50 years old, and I have been having many success stories. I want to reach more women out there, so I decided to write more meal plans, and include my tips to getting into Ketosis, and tips on making Keto a life style not a diet. I have  learned so much in my own journey. Healing my own body, and curing my own eating disorder. There is so much confusing info out there. Counting Macros or NOT? How much protein to have? When to fast? Am I in ketosos? Should I test Ketones? I have debunked it all, and I can make this easy for you.

One of my tips that helps with cravings for beginner’s is my cookie dough recipe. This snack is perfect for that time when you are missing a sweet something after dinner. My friends that started my meal plan needed this to get through the initial phase of starting.

I make a large batch, and keep it in an airtight container in the fridge.

8oz cream cheese room temp, 8TBSP butter room temp, 2 TBSP heavy whipping cream, 1TSP vanilla cream those together. I use my stand mixer. Then I add 1/4 cup of swerve, and 1/8 cup of granular monk fruit. This gives it a nice texture. I also add 1/2 tsp of Glycerite Stevia drops. After thats all mixed I add 1/2 cup of peanut flour. You could substitute with Almond flour, or unflavored protein powder. All combined add as many Lilly’s choc chips as you desire.

You will thank me for this recipe:)
