I am so sick of hearing that I need glucose to live. When my friends here about my keto life style, the argument is that I need glucose. I explain that there is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. There are essential amino-acids( protein). That means that it is essential to consume because our bodies can’t make them. There are also essential fatty acids that we must ingest because our bodies can’t make them, BUT there are zero essential carbohydrate. The little glucose that our body needs will be produced by the liver. The liver can produce 60-70 grams of glucose a day. Food for fact!!!!! lol I crack myself up!

I was doing the primal endurance training for tour weeks... Definitely not long enough. I stopped my race at 10 miles. The sharp pain scared me. I’m going to keep up my training, and try again in October.
I’m disappointed, but not discouraged!!!!!
